How should I care for my silk items?
To preserve the life of your silk, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent. If using a machine, select the delicate cycle and place items in a mesh laundry bag. Always air dry out of direct sunlight.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note that processing time at our warehouse usually takes an additional 1-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, silk underwear and certain clearance items are final sale.
